SayBetter AI 개인정보처리방침

SayBetter AI(이하 "앱")는 사용자가 AI 상대와 음성으로 어려운 대화를 연습하고 피드백을 받는 서비스입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보

• 음성 데이터: 연습 중 발화는 기기(Apple/Google)의 음성 인식 기능으로 텍스트로 변환됩니다. 앱은 음성 원본을 저장하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
• 대화 텍스트: 연습 대화의 전사 텍스트와 평가 결과는 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. AI 응답·피드백 생성을 위해 대화 텍스트가 암호화된 연결로 AI 처리 서버에 일시 전송되며, 처리 후 저장되지 않습니다.
• 구매 정보: 구독 결제는 Apple App Store / Google Play가 처리하며, 구독 상태 확인을 위해 익명 식별자가 RevenueCat에 전달됩니다. 앱은 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
• 앱은 계정 가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·연락처를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 제3자 처리자

• Apple / Google — 기기 음성 인식, 결제 처리
• OpenAI (자체 프록시 경유) — 대화 상대 응답 및 피드백 생성 (대화 텍스트 일시 처리)
• RevenueCat — 구독 상태 관리 (익명 앱 사용자 ID)

3. 보관 및 삭제 (데이터 삭제 요청)

• 대화 기록과 결과는 기기에만 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 연습 기록 전체 삭제 기능은 앱 내 설정에서 제공됩니다.
• 데이터 삭제 요청 방법: SayBetter AI 앱 관련 데이터(구독 식별자 등 서버 측 데이터 포함) 삭제를 원하시면 support@lightonpluslab.com으로 "SayBetter AI 데이터 삭제 요청"을 보내주세요. 30일 이내에 처리됩니다. 삭제 대상: 익명 구독 식별자 및 관련 구매 기록(단, 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 결제 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다). 대화 기록·평가 결과는 서버에 저장되지 않으며 기기에서 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 직장인을 대상으로 하며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

SayBetter AI Privacy Policy

SayBetter AI (the "app") lets users practice difficult conversations by voice with an AI counterpart and receive feedback. This policy explains what information the app processes and how.

1. Information we process

• Voice data: your practice speech is converted to text by your device's (Apple/Google) speech recognition. The app never stores or uploads raw audio.
• Conversation text: transcripts and evaluation results are stored only on your device. To generate AI responses and feedback, conversation text is transmitted over an encrypted connection to an AI processing server, processed transiently, and not stored there.
• Purchase information: subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. An anonymous identifier is shared with RevenueCat to manage subscription status. The app never collects payment details.
• The app requires no account and collects no name, email, or contact information.

2. Third-party processors

• Apple / Google — on-device speech recognition, payment processing
• OpenAI (via our proxy) — generating counterpart replies and feedback (transient processing of conversation text)
• RevenueCat — subscription status (anonymous app user ID)

3. Retention & deletion (data deletion requests)

• Practice history lives only on your device; deleting the app deletes all data.
• You can erase all practice history from the app settings.
• How to request data deletion: to delete SayBetter AI data held on our side (the anonymous subscription identifier and related purchase records), email support@lightonpluslab.com with the subject "SayBetter AI data deletion request". Requests are handled within 30 days. Payment records required by law may be retained for the legally mandated period. Conversation transcripts and results are never stored on our servers and are removed when you uninstall the app.

4. Children's privacy

The app targets working professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
